Forms, Permits & Applications

Avon Township is primarily responsible for granting four types of permits - driveway access, certificate of compliance, conditional use permit,  and variances.  Most other permits are obtained through Stearns County Environmental Services (Environmental Services, Stearns County, MN; Avon Township Permits).  Burning permits can be obtained by the local Fire Marshall.
