TOWNSHIP OF AVON

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

An application has been submitted by Stephen & Linda Saupe for a variance on their property at 14493 325thSt., St. Joseph, MN 56374 (Scenic View Estates, Lot 1, Block 2; parcel number03.01475.0206) to construct a garage 75 feet from the centerline of 325th St. and 60 feet from the centerline of Scenic View Drive (145th Ave).  The application, if approved, would authorize construction closer to these roadsthan current ordinance permits.

          A Public Hearing by the Township of Avon Planning Commissionwill be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at 8:00 PM at Avon Township Hall (16881 Queens Road, Avon, MN)at which time you may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent in opposition to or in support of the proposed change.  The hearing of this request is not limited to those receiving copies of this notice, and if you know of any neighbor or affected property owner, who for any reason, has not received a copy, it would be appreciated if you would inform him/her of this public hearing.  If you cannot attend this meeting, you may direct comments to Marion Gondringer, Township Deputy Clerk (18093 360th St., Albany, MN 56307; (320 – 845 – 4580).
